Meet Nirjary Desai
Regarded as one of the top Southeast Asian event producers, Nirjary Desai is the Chief Experience Officer and Founder of KIS (cubed) Events, specializing in one-of-a-kind event experiences with serious wow factor for some of the top brands, celebrities and personalities across the U.S. and globally.
Born in Zambia, raised in South Carolina and educated in London, Nirjary Desai travels the world producing exquisite events. Her artistic vision and business acumen have earned her features on Bravo TV, and in Harpers Baazar Bride India, Huffington Post, Wedding Channel, and more. She uses her experience and expertise to empower women to achieve the lifestyle of their dreams.
After earning her MBA in International Marketing & Management in London, Nirjary worked within the hospitality and travel sector with American Airlines, IHG Hotels, and Starwood Hotels & Resort. Nirjary went on to found several brands and businesses designed to serve the travel and hospitality industry–including a S3 Catering, Glam Squad, Bridal Elements, KIS (cubed) Events, and Leave Her Mark, a conference series to help educate, elevate and inspire women to find their passion and achieve their goals.
Nirjary and her team donate their time to combating childhood hunger. They’re partnered with Share Our Strength: No Kid Hungry, and dedicate their time to fundraising, community education, and meal-packing. A fierce champion for women and humans of color, she devotes much of her free time to community building, mentorship and most of all her family.
