About
Real Boss Women is an organization dedicated to empowering women in the real estate industry. Inspired by her own life experiences, the founder of Real Boss Women created it as a networking group to nurture authentic leaders in a safe space. In addition to establishing herself as a mentor in the real estate agency, she has since cultivated a diverse community made up of women of all backgrounds.
Focus Conference was a two-day event comprising of a Prosecco Welcome Party and a conference featuring key-note speakers. The event was a unique opportunity for attendees to network and share ideas about thriving in a competitive, male-dominated environment.
Solutions/Achievements
The message that Real Boss Women conveys as an organization was reflected in the KIS(cubed) team’s design and execution. Working in conjunction with our client and Real Boss Women, KIS(cubed) created a welcoming environment for these women through modern and stylish pieces. The successful implementation of the client’s values into the Focus Conference design left a lasting impact on the Real Boss Women audience.
Since the Real Boss Women and Feature Conference highlighted successful businesswomen in a male-dominated industry, the female-led KIS(cubed) team incorporated modern and stylish designs that accentuate both femininity and strength. For example, centerpieces consisting of hard sculptural elements were coupled with traditionally feminine touches, such as purses and high heels. This juxtaposition laid the foundation for Focus Conference. In addition, KIS(cubed) Founder and CEO Nirjary Desai was featured as a keynote speaker at the conference where she shared a message of “serving others to serving yourself” and “learning to say no in order to say yes.”
Although the 2022 Focus Conference was the first of its kind, its success embodies the hard work and sophisticated approach that is authentic to KIS(cubed) Events.
